Cottage Retreat Package:

• $ 75/night + $ 20/night for each additional guest
  
  • 4+ Guests is billed as Group Rate
    

Cedar House Package:

•  Main Floor: $ 140/night + $ 20/night for each additional guest
  
  • 7+ Guests for Main Floor is billed as Group Rate
    
•  Lower level is an additional $ 115/night
  
  • 10+ Guests for entire house is billed as Group Rate
    
    

Family Discount Retreat Rate (Husband, Wife, and Children under 18)

•  2 Bedroom Cottage - $ 75/night
  • Discount rate only applies to a single family for one cottage.

Fulltime Pastor/Missionary Family Discount Retreat Rate (Husband, Wife, and Children under 18)

• 2 Bedroom Cottage- $ 65/night
  • Discount rate only applies to a single family for one cottage.

Group Package Rate

• $ 30 per person/night (Minimum of 4 for Cottage Retreat package, 7 for main floor Cedar House package, or a 10 people for both levels of the Cedar House)
  

Meeting Rooms:

• A $ 35 cleaning fee is required for use of the meeting rooms
  

 

*All reservations must have a non-refundable deposit of one half of the total within 7 days of making the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to check in. Within 30 days prior to check in, no refunds (partial or full) will be permitted.
